We are taking extended measures to ensure the safety and wellness of our team members and communities at this time

 

Safety for our clients:
 

  • We have implemented enhanced daily cleanliness and sanitation protocols in our office.

  • We are operating under social distancing guidelines, ensuring that interaction among team members and between team members and clients can happen at a safe distance.

  • All clients are required to wear a face mask inside the RSI office.

  • Hand sanitizers and masks will be provided to clients if needed.

  • RSI will limit the number of clients and vendors allowed in the office to maintain social distancing.

 

How we are caring for our team members
 

Our team members are our top priority, and we’ve taken the following steps to support them during this time of uncertainty:
 

  • We have implemented enhanced daily cleanliness and sanitation protocols in our office.

  • We are operating under social distancing guidelines, ensuring that interaction among team members and between team members and customers can happen at a safe distance.

  • All RSI team members are required to wear face masks while working in the open office spaces, cublices and conference rooms.

  • Along with the required face masks, team members are also offered gloves and hand sanitizer.

  • Effective July 20, all visitors to the RSI office are required to wear a face mask.

  • We have implemented mandatory daily temperature check screenings for team members.

  • We have implemented safe distancing measures by limiting client and vendor visits.

  • All team members placed into quarantine or diagnosed with COVID-19 will receive paid time off to accommodate their quarantine.

  • If any team member is exposed, RSI will mandate a work-from-home policy until testing results show they are clear to return to the office.

  • We have asked team members to cancel nonessential business travel (both domestic and international).
